We accept two night minimum stays only.

Our check-in time is from 2pm and check-out is prior to 11am. We will do our best to accommodate early check-in and later check-outs if requested.

We will send you the code with your booking confirmation. Once you let yourself in, there are further instructions on how to park your car in the garage etc

The property has not been set up to accommodate children under the age of four (approx.). We have not included safety gates on stairs or locks on cupboards, some of the furniture does have sharp corners and some of the blinds do have cords. There is also an open fireplace and a gas fireplace without permanent guards that may be a hazard. Children, under no circumstances, are to be left unsupervised by an adult at the property.

There is no charge for children. We have two fold out ottomans that you can set up for them, linen is not provided for these.

Sorry, there are no provisions for babies.

Yes, we do provide free wifi. The login details will be in your welcome pack on arrival to Stonehurst.

Yes, we supply hotel quality sheets, pillowcases, quilt covers and towels for your stay.  The only towels we don’t provide are extra towels for the outdoor spa, so if you think you are going to use it, perhaps bring a few extras.

Yes, there is an open fireplace, a gas heater,  a reverse cycle heater and ducted heating and cooling upstairs. The instructions on how to use everything will be in your welcome book on arrival.

Yes, our groundskeeper will make sure there is plenty of firewood for you to use throughout your stay.

We can arrange breakfast at an extra cost from one of the excellent local bakeries. We provide a gorgeous selection of tea and coffee, and there is a coffee machine and several plungers available.

Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property.

Just pop your dishes in the dishwasher and leave the rest to us. The property will always be professionally cleaned before and after your stay.
